  • Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
  • Preparing Invoices for the customers on account, resolving complaints.
  • Fulfill reservation requests by determining the rooms available to meet customer desires.
  • They verify customer information and payment options, assign rooms and respond to customers with confirmation emails or letters.
