- Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
- Answering of the office phone in a professional manner.
- Operating cash registers and other electronics.
- Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
- Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
- Preparing Invoices for the customers on account, resolving complaints.
- Fulfill reservation requests by determining the rooms available to meet customer desires.
- They verify customer information and payment options, assign rooms and respond to customers with confirmation emails or letters.
